点评：What a fantastic evening. The Edge Distillery is owned by Claire and Mike. Welcomed with a smile and one that never waned throughout the evening. First and foremost, the most important thing is to get you a gin and tonic. Then you move into the distillery where you learn what goes into their gin and some history about gin too. Neat tasters of all their gin whilst in the distillery.... they are soooooo smooth neat. Back to your table to choose which gin you'd like with your choice of mixer. Cheese and biscuits too, you definitely need something to soak up the alcohol. More gin to follow. Claire mixes around the groups chatting about everything and anything. You will not be disappointed booking onto a gin taster night. Excellent value and a real cosy evening, with a quiz to win a bottle of gin thrown in, too. It all adds to the fun of the night.
We'll definitely be back to do a gin school session with afternoon tea and another gin tasting night also.
