Spiti Valley & Chandratal Trip (7th June Departure)

点评：If you're dreaming of a scenic mountain escape paired with total mismanagement, welcome to the Go4Explorer experience!
We went on their Spiti Valley and Chandratal trip starting on 7th June, and unfortunately, everything apart from the mountains was a mess.
Let’s start with the group leader — barely involved, didn’t guide the group properly, and provided no useful information. We were mostly left to figure things out on our own.
Travel arrangements? Horrible. From Delhi to Shimla and again from Manali to Delhi, our group was always given the last seats in the bus/traveller — the most uncomfortable spots for such long journeys. The traveller had no pushback seats or charging points. Our bags were kept on the roof without any cover — exposed to dust, heat, and potential damage.
Operations? A complete disaster. The team failed to communicate basic stay and hotel info to the group leader. On multiple nights, we were left wandering around 8–9 PM trying to locate our accommodation. The lack of coordination was shocking.
Tried reaching out to the operations team during the trip? No response. It felt like once the payment was done, the support disappeared.
Spiti Valley and Chandratal are stunning destinations — but the poor management by Go4Explorer made it a frustrating experience.
Will not recommend Go4Explorer for any tour. They are very bad at what they do. Save yourself the headache and choose a more professional operator.
