SV Therapies的点评
点评：We had an extremely disappointing experience at SV Therapies in Costa Teguise today. We paid €190 for a couples massage, but were put in completely separate rooms, which defeats the whole purpose of booking a couples treatment.
From the start, there was a complete lack of professionalism. There were no consultation forms to fill out and no questions asked about injuries, preferences, or desired pressure. At no point during the massage did the therapist check if the pressure was suitable or if we were comfortable.
To make matters worse, there was no proper privacy provided while changing, which made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable.
The overall standard was so poor that I ended up walking out halfway through my massage as it was that bad. My partner stayed, but only because they didn’t want to appear rude.
Overall, the service was impersonal and far below what you would expect from a professional massage provider. This was easily the worst massage experience we’ve ever had.
Given the experience and the fact we did not receive the service we paid for, we would like a refund but are unsure how to go about this.
We would not recommend this place to anyone.
