I have been visiting Steve at SV Therapies on Lanzarote for sports massages for quite some time, usually at least once a month. His treatments have always been extremely helpful for me, especially when my body feels tight, blocked or overloaded.
After my motorcycle accident, Steve did absolutely amazing work helping me with massage and recovery. He really knows how to find what is stuck and work it loose. It is not always the most comfortable treatment in the moment, but it is exactly what my body needs. Sometimes things have to be uncomfortable before they get better, and with this kind of recovery one session is rarely enough.
Steve is truly excellent at what he does: professional, experienced, honest and very effective. Together with Daniek, who also gives top-quality treatments, SV Therapies is a place I fully trust and highly recommend.
If you are looking for a soft, relaxing spa massage, this may not be the whole story. But if you need a serious sports massage, proper recovery work, or someone who can genuinely help your body function better again, Steve is your man.
