Great start/ disappointing end

点评：Booked transfer from Dalamqn to Olu Deniz, and return.
The journey to the hotel was amazing, great staff, drinks we had ordered were nice and chilled, perfect start to our holiday.
The return journey not so good, looks like they had sub contracted out to another company, the driver even had a different company logo on his polo shirt, car was dirty, child’s car seat left in so couldn’t put our feet up, no drinks at all, not even water, this was very disappointing as we had actually paid for extra drinks as well.
Messaged who i presume was possibly the owner with a picture of the empty drinks drawer to be told you can ask driver. By this point we had now arrived at the airport.
No apology whatsoever.
We booked this on the back of a content creator we follow on social media. I doubt they would have had this kind of experience.
