Just an utterly brilliant experience

点评：This is the second time we have been to a wine tasting at the marvellous and very beautiful winery run by 3rd Generation family members. Our tour started by a visit to the vineyards and to explore the different methods of growing the vines which dictated the sort of grape that would be produced and thereafter the wine produced. Everything was incredibly clearly and very passionately explained by Rosa who has fantastic english and who made the tour really come alive. After this we visited the area where the process continues and learnt something about the machinary involved. Then we moved on to the wine itself and chose 4 wines to try with our wonderful incredibly delicious and very generous antipasti all either sourced locally or home made to complement the wines. I have to say the tour etc did not in any way feel repetitive as we had been the year before and we leqrnt more thanks to the animated talk and history provided by Rosa who is a joy to listen to - the food and wine was fantastic, tasty, beautiful produce and excellently executed and there is absolutely no pressure to buy any wine afterwards but the wine was so utterly delicious and smooth and elegant that we could not resist. We shipped home to UK and it was a very easy process and not expensive and I cannot thank Rosa enough for a great morning - our tour was at 11am and we left around 2pm - the offerings were so generous that we did not need to go out to dinner but just opened a bottle and ate it with some of the antipasti from lunchtime that we could not manage!!! Thankyou Rosa so very much for a fantastic day at Azienda Mellilo and we will be back because the day was perfect, enjoyable and informative but most importantly the wine was absolutely delicious!!!
翻译：这是我们第二次来到这家由家族第三代成员经营的、令人赞叹的酒庄参加品酒会。我们的旅程从参观葡萄园开始，探索不同的葡萄种植方法，这些方法决定了葡萄的品种以及最终酿造的葡萄酒。Rosa 的英语流利，她把一切都讲解得非常清晰，而且非常热情，让这次旅程变得生动有趣。之后，我们参观了酿酒过程的后续区域，了解了一些相关的机械设备。然后，我们开始品酒，挑选了四款葡萄酒，搭配我们美味无比、份量十足的开胃菜，这些开胃菜要么是本地采购的，要么是自制的，与葡萄酒完美搭配。我不得不说，这次参观和去年一样，一点也不重复，多亏了Rosa生动活泼的讲解和历史，我们学到了更多，听她讲解真是一种享受——食物和美酒都很棒，味道鲜美，产品精美，制作精良，之后完全没有买酒的压力，但葡萄酒实在是太美味、顺滑、优雅了，我们无法抗拒。我们把酒运回了英国，整个过程非常简单，也不贵。我非常感谢Rosa，她给了我们一个美好的早晨——我们的参观是上午11点，我们下午2点左右离开——食物非常丰盛，我们不需要出去吃饭，只需打开一瓶，和午餐吃不完的开胃菜一起吃就行了！！！非常感谢Rosa，让我们在Azienda Mellilo度过了美好的一天，我们还会再来的，因为那一天是完美的、愉快的、知识丰富的，但最重要的是，葡萄酒绝对美味！！！
