点评：DONT GO HERE !!! This spa was a real disappointment for us . My husband booked it for us as a Christmas present. The sauna did not work at first , I’m not sure if it was not turned on it time but took a while to reach temperature so we couldn’t use it at start … also we were interrupted by 2 men re a maintenance check therefore is not as private as you would think, having 2 men ask if they can measure up when you have booked the spa for the privacy aspect is certainly not ideal . Some of the hot tub jets were broken / parts of the spa are not clean in places / When speaking to the management team about my disappointment of our visit, they seem to not care or offer any form of compensation for our experience. Also beware when booking if you get unwell they are not that accommodating .. their booking policy is 14day re cancellation or change of app date , so you won’t get your money back or be able to change the day if you poorly with say 7/10 days notice . I had to attend feeling poorly because we were given no alternative option other than to lose all our money as they would not let us rebook another day due to their policy of 14 days. Overall a real disappointment for the price paid. Only Positives were the 2 x staff girls are very accommodating and polite and the pool is nice although very small.
翻译：千万别去这家水疗中心！！！我们真的非常失望。这是我丈夫预订的圣诞礼物。桑拿房一开始就不能用，我不知道是不是没及时打开，反正升温很慢，所以我们一开始根本用不了……而且我们还被两个男人打断了，他们说是来做维护检查的，所以这里一点也不像想象中那么私密。你预订水疗中心就是为了享受私密空间，结果却有两个男人来问能不能量一下尺寸，这绝对不是你想要的。有些按摩浴缸的喷头坏了，水疗中心的某些地方也不干净。我跟管理人员反映了这次糟糕的体验，他们似乎毫不在意，也没有提供任何补偿。另外，如果你生病了，预订的时候一定要注意，他们不太会通融……他们的预订政策是14天内取消或更改预约日期，所以如果你提前7到10天生病，既不能退款也不能更改日期。我带病前往，因为他们规定14天内不能改期，除了损失全部费用之外别无选择。总的来说，考虑到价格，这次体验非常令人失望。唯一值得称道的是两位女工作人员非常热情周到，泳池虽然很小，但还不错。
