The saddest zoo I have ever been to

点评：The best way to visit this place is to drive past it and go somewhere else instead!
There a mix of mostly run-down cages and poorly maintained landscaping - the words nightmare, dump, unsafe - come to mind. But at least the rats love it! Brace yourself for frequent encounters. Most animals are in small cages, with at best indirect daylight and too little to do. Sad.
At the complete opposite of that spectrum are a couple of new buildings (monkeys, tiger, …) that are OK.
Kids can “enjoy” mostly rusted, dirty, worn down playground equipment. Fairground attractions set to open at 2 PM never opened. The indoor children’s playground is a big joke. There are no safety rails to make it up to the “maze”, which is so dark that most kids where afraid to go in without their parents. The bouncy castle was half inflated.
On the bright side, the parking lot is brand new and clean.
