The Haven is no longer a Luxury Resort.
The Haven的点评
点评：My wife and I have been to this hotel four times in recent years.
We were using a Luxury Escapes Package, as we normally do.
Sadly the place is in urgent need of refurbishment regardless of many excellent reviews. Some examples of attention required are, numerous areas of tiles missing from the pool together with many large rust marks, air con in our leaking as it did in a differant room on the last occassion, the toilet in the room continuing to drip, the deck around the pool needs painting, the food selection in the restaurant for the package had a limited selection and was mosting of average standard.
The issues in our room were rectified on our request.
We spoke with a number of other guests at the hotel during our stay and our opinions were confirmed by them.
Sadly we will not return to the hotel in its current condition.
The hotel generally is just "tired"
