A wonderful boat tour away from the typical tourist hotspots

点评：As part of our cruise, we docked at the port of Greenock. However, since we prefer exploring spots off the beaten tourist track, we found this boat charter online. Getting in touch with Ed & Paula (the lovely couple who own the boat) was easy and immediately very friendly.
Now about the actual tour: It started with a friendly welcome at Kip Marina before we got to the boat. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and were able to start our tour in glorious sunshine. What we really appreciated was the absolutely family-like atmosphere in a small group. This allowed Ed & Paula to share a lot of their knowledge about the area. At the same time, we had personal conversations, and there was a very pleasant and relaxed vibe on board. The experience was topped off with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
Ed & Paula made a huge effort to find dolphins and navigated to different spots where they expected to see them. Along the way, we saw an incredible amount of Scotland’s beautiful scenery and took home some unforgettable memories. A huge thank you for that!
All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend the tour with Ed & Paula. If you’re looking for a personal and wonderful tour away from the typical tourist hotspots, this is the place to be.
