点评:We booked and paid online at Simba Safari Lodge Lephalale when we get there it’s pitch dark everywhere,our rooms were worse - no lights,no hot water,no network connection no food nothing was provided except the dark rooms
All I can say is that they are SCAMMING people
We asked for management but they refused to talk to us. We drove to try get network and tried calling the property management but our calls and messages were ignored.
We were left on our own no security and there’s wild animals around. The property management did not care about our stay and upon our request for a refund they point black refused saying we occupied the place when we did not chase it was pitch dark and cold we couldn’t stay there!
We have been ignored and they refuse to refund us!Upon our investigation people around Lephalale apparently know about the place and the electric issue is not a coincidence but they never have electricity at all.So when guests arrive they tell the same story that Eskom this and that when they know very well they never have electricity! It’s ALL A SCAM And if they are not closed down guests will keep falling for their lies
