点评：Thanks for putting together a wonderful itinerary for our trip to Sardinia.
The accommodations were all very pleasant. The Palazzo Dessy in Cagliari was a notable stand-out with the pleasant room and terrace and fabulous breakfast. The Su Mavara is a great resort and we enjoyed the pool and access to walking paths to the town of Aritzo, along with the generous breakfasts.
Rafaela is a delightful guide and her personalized tour of Calgiari the day after our arrival, with her extensive historical knowledge, was entertaining and fun.
The truly outstanding highlight was the time in the Aritzo region with Francesco. WOW! What memories we made with that visit! He and his family were such generous and warm hosts. He exuded passion about the traditions and lifestyles of the area, introduced us to some of the townspeople, showed us his family garden and orchard… in total he provided a long list of amazing experiences perfectly aligning with our hopes for this holiday. And who knew that one of us would actually milk a sheep while on the trip!!! So fun.
We feel very fortunate to have met Francesco and his family and feel honoured to have learned a little about their life and culture. Francesco’s wife and mother added to the warmth and fun. We learned how to make a traditional bread and three kinds of pasta that were included in an amazing lunch hosted by the family. We also had an interesting tour of museums with a smart young woman named Francesca.
All in all, the time in Aritzo will go down as one of the top travel experiences of our lives.
We can’t say enough about the team that put together our curated itinerary while in Sardinia. They checked all the boxes for us. And they were very responsive when we questions or requests before and during our trip.
It really made our experience the best it could be. Thank you Motus Travel!
