Would I come again? Probably not!!
The Spa at Sprowston Manor的点评
点评：The hotel is in a lovely spot with beautiful grounds which are well maintained, unfortunately the same can’t be said for the buildings themselves. The hotel seems to have had little maintenance done for many years and looks and feels tired. The staff are lovely, although seem to be under staffed as service is slow or non existent, especially when it comes to cleaning the bedrooms. We are here for three days and we have not yet had a towel change or bins cleared and not even a duster as passed over anything, which when you consider the price, is not a great reflection on the hotel.
The room is comfortable, small and sadly someone has smoked in it previously and the lingering smell was impossible to get rid of.
Would I come again?
Probably not, especially when there are so many beautiful hotels with nicer rooms in the area, which are cleaned on a regular basis.
