点评:We visited the park today with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was tainted right at the entrance due to the incredibly rude behavior of the staff. According to the water park’s own website, children under 80cm in height can enter for free. Our child, who isn’t even 2 years old yet, is clearly well under that height. He was frightened and hesitant to stand right next to the height scale, but it was still very obvious that he was below the limit.
Instead of being understanding or even polite, the staff at the gate shouted at us and insisted we pay for him separately. I tried to explain the situation calmly, but their tone was aggressive and completely unprofessional. We had already purchased 6 adult tickets — if it wasn’t for that, I honestly would’ve walked away.
It’s disappointing when customer service is so poor that it overshadows what should be a fun day. Places like this need to remember that kindness and empathy go a long way. We won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes serious steps to improve the way guests are treated.
