Great Wine, Disappointing Hospitality

点评：I was excited to visit this winery, especially since I now live in Kingsville, an area known for its wineries. Coming from Kelowna, where wineries are renowned for their warmth, hospitality, and exceptional customer experience, I had high hopes. While the wine itself was excellent, the overall experience left much to be desired.
From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. There was no joy, no excitement, and no sense of welcoming hospitality. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience.
It’s a shame because the wine is truly great, but the lack of basic hospitality and friendliness overshadowed what could have been a lovely experience. For a winery in a town with such potential, this is a major missed opportunity. I hope the management addresses these issues because customers should feel welcomed and valued—not like they’re a bother.
