点评:I actually did not visit the winery. This is regarding my online experience. I received an email from the winery telling me that was the last day to order to get your order for Christmas. I thought, great news as I'm retired and that would save me from standing in lineups at our local liquor store. Well, I didn't receive my order for Christmas. Therefore, our family Christmas meal and boxing day meal was without wine. I called and spoke to Glen. He was very understanding and assured me I would receive a refund. He then called me back and told me when the wine arrived, I could keep it and still receive a refund. It was delivered on December 31st, just a little late. We had planned on refusing it, but the delivery person did not understand english, so we kept it. So then a Diane called me and said she saw that it was delivered so that was that. I explained what Glen had told me and she said ok because he was her manager. I told her if she wanted the wine, send a courier to pick it up. She said no and that was fine. Well it turns out I'm not getting a refund. I only ever buy pelee island wine, however, I will never purchase their wine again. Be aware the customer service needs alot of work. Don't trust what they tell you.
