Spa at Summer Lodge的点评
点评：I booked an ultimate spa day for myself and my daughter and the treatments we had, the therapists giving the treatments and the lunch were all excellent. The only reason I don't feel able to rate our experience as excellent is there were some issues on our arrival, one of which was being left outside the locked spa door in heavy rain while the receptionist was on the telephone. This wasn't a very good start to what was meant to be a special treat. I emailed the spa manager after our visit to give our feedback with particular reference to the above along with our disappointment about how we were generally welcomed (or not in this case) to the spa for our special treat day. I received a response from the spa director in which she intimated she had taken our comments on board and had put changes in place to ensure that this does not happen again which was good to know. When I left there I swore I would never go back again but having been listened to and having had our concerns addressed we will return and hope that we can move that rating to excellent next time.
