Disappointing experience 😕 cannot recommend

点评：Booked for Twilight Spa, The Reception staff were lovely & helpful 😀, The changing rooms were very small & floor wet through throughout the whole area, getting changed was awful as it was busy, tried my locker wrist band twice it did not work, had to go back to the reception area swapped for bew this did not work, luckily a kind lady leaving gave me hers which worked, put the slipper flip flops on and went sliding on the floor they were lethal ! Whilst in the spa area a lady slipped and landed on her back due to wearing the slippers they provide, the floor is extremely slippy as it's wet all the time and the slippervtjjbgs they give you are not fit fir purpose and highly dangerous to wear.
The spa area was very noisy, it was not as nice as I thought it would be sadly & not relaxing at all, the pool water and jacuzzi water was misty and full of people all using their mobile phones which is really off putting to say the least. Overall it was an experience we won't be repeating or recommending to anyone.
