点评：This was my 4th visit to the Spa, I’ve have loved the previous 3 visits but I have to say things are looking a bit shabby on this latest visit. I had a treatement which was lovely but if I am honest, very noisy on the corridor outside the treatment rooms which I get can’t be helped but it was distracting. The spa area was sadly a mess with so many empty cups littered around, on the floor, the beds and the tables. When we went in a 11am every bed had dressing gowns and towels ‘claiming them’ despite lots of notices saying not to do this, meaning several people who came in, couldn’t sit down, all the towels also created a cluttered un relaxing atmosphere visually, the floor was soaking wet and very gritty due to all the grit being brought in from outside as no flip flops are provided anymore.
However the main negative was the changing room. It was so small for the amount of people trying to use it. Again the floor was soaking. Everyone was climbing over each other to reach the lockers, it was smelly and gritty. I reminded me of a swimming baths when I was little and you had 5 mins to get dressed after swimming with school, not at all luxury or relaxing.
Sad really as it has put me off going again.
