点评：Reeds Health Club & Spa is part of the Yew Lodge Hotel. I visited on 10/6/22 with a Buy a Gift voucher for two people to enjoy a spa day, a treatment each and a cream tea. We were told the voucher for the cream tea could be redeemed by them but not the voucher for the spa, as apparently this spa is not on the Buy a Gift site, this is not made clear when you book on line, so please be aware of this to make sure your vouchers cover both spa treatments and cream teas. However I cannot speak highly enough of VIO, the Assistant Manager who came to our aid and offered us the use of the spa facilities with a treatment, which was a wonderful guesture, for which I thank him. Thanks also to JESSICA & NATALIE, the therapists, who gave my sister and I a fantastic facial. The cream tea was excellent, just delicious with twelve finger sandwiches, scones with jam & clotted cream and an assortment of six fancy cakes and a pot of tea for two. The staff were so friendly and everyone went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much. I rate this venue 5/5.
