点评：This winery was recommended so we booked in advance.
We had requested the 3 course food and wine pairing. On arrival we were greeted and shown to the private dining area outside which overlooks the vines and coastline. The views are lovely as you’re higher up the hills. Prior to each course our host explained why this pairing had been chosen and which grapes were selected. We tried a Rose, White, Red and a Dessert wine. All 3 courses were excellent and cooked perfectly. We had a perfect host and ended up staying over 3hrs ordering additional bottles of wine. The White and Dessert wines were in my view the best. We ended up coming away with 15 bottles of wine.
