They stole R$500 from our group.

点评：What an absolute disaster of a company and trip.
Most importantly, be careful with what they charge, they stole R$500 from our group.
Firstly they rented our boat to someone else. They only told us at 8:30am when we were half way there. They offered us a cheaper boat smaller with no bathroom. Which for 8 people for 10 hours was a stupidity.
Eventually, they found another boat. Which cost more and they over charged us for.
During the trip the captain lost the anchor, was shouting and swearing at his helper, made a bad atmosphere for around two hours, and we lost an hour whilst they looked for the anchor.
When we enquired about the R$500 refund for what they overcharged us, they started blocking our phone numbers.
Please, for the love of god, avoid this company and look for someone else.
