点评：Acquiring a Breitling timepiece has long been at the top of my wishlist, and after a year of diligent research, my quest took an unexpected but delightful turn during a cruise vacation with my wife. Initially, I had anticipated making the purchase onboard the Carnival Celebration, recalling that such luxury watches were available during a previous cruise with Carnival 6 months earlier. However, to my surprise, the ship's store no longer offered Breitling watches. This minor setback led us to a fortuitous discovery when we docked at Amber Cove cruise port and wandered into Diamonds International in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, with no particular intention of timepiece shopping.
Expecting to merely window shop and possibly fend off eager salespeople, we were instead met with an experience that completely shifted our perspective. The staff at Diamonds International, far from the pushy salespeople we anticipated, were genuinely warm and professional, proving that they were not only focused on sales but also on delivering a humane and pleasant shopping experience.
Our casual browsing took an exciting turn when my wife engaged with Dinesh over diamond rings, finding him to be a thoughtful listener and a knowledgeable guide, especially as she shared her unique needs for mounting loss diamonds from home. Similarly, my idle curiosity about watches was met with enthusiasm by Yohanny, whose expertise and patience in showing me Breitling's exquisite range were unparalleled. Her recommendations, tailored to the preferences we discussed, showcased a deep understanding of both the product and my desires. The joint efforts of Yohanny and Dinesh transformed our shopping experience into something truly remarkable.
Though initially apprehensive about financing options, their insights and assistance enabled me to secure terms that were favorable, adding yet another layer of satisfaction to our visit. Meeting Ohad Harari, the General Manager, was the icing on the cake, underscoring the exceptional customer service that defines Diamonds International. We made some diamond ring purchases in 2019.
