Conned out of refund for pausing membership due to injury, even though they admitted to receiving email request

点评:The staff are terrible and have absolutely NO customer service. I emailed them to pause membership for 3 months, I received an email back saying they had received my email and would action it within 5 working days, I noticed they were still taking the payments of £28.99.
Last week I asked a receptionist who stated she could see my email and asked for her manager who asked for my debit card to apply the refund. Unfortunately I had left it at home so she said bring it this week whilst I take my granddaughter swimming, I came as requested with debit card and was told I couldn't get refund as on their reply, at the very end, on second page is a box of confirmation that I did not tick so NO refund. Even though they still admit they got the pause my membership due to injury. They are CONMEN company, keep away at all costs.
