点评：I have family living in Harlech and was looking for a birthday present to be delivered to my uncle. Living all the way down in Swansea, I found Y Groser online and gave them a ring to see if they could help. The service I received was absolutely second to none.
I’m not sure who the gentleman was that I spoke to, but he went out of his way to help me. He told me what was available in the shop, I gave him some ideas and a budget, and off he went. He rang me back within half an hour to let me know what was included in the hamper he’d made up(what a lovely thing to do-I didn’t expect a phone call back.) The hamper was delivered exactly on time and my uncle said it was absolutely beautiful.
I am beyond happy that I’ve found somewhere to order high quality, very reasonably priced goods for my Harlech family, and I will most definitely be ringing again soon. Diolch yn fawr, Y Groser- A* service and would highly recommend.
