点评：Booked a 1 hour treatment for 1.30 and arrived 1 minute late. By the time id parked up and found the spa and walked down there I was 4 minutes late. As I walked in no greeting from the 3 staff I was just stared at. No smiles. I gave my name at reception & Tethiana said yes! you are 5 minutes late! Go fill this form in and I will call you when ready! Was taken to my seat and treatment commenced. No consultation, no robe, and certainly no conversation. Infact I was barely spoken to and any instructions were given grudgingly. 37 mins later my treatment was done! Admittedly she did ask if there was anything else I wanted but tbh I expected the treatment to last at least 55mins. Other Spa staff were complaining about other staff members and 1 even swore using the F word. Another was taking the micky out of a customer. Not relaxing, not welcoming & not what I paid for. Which incidentally is prior to treatment. The treatment was performed in the reception area so again not conducive to a relaxing time. There was not even a goodbye or thank you on leaving! And it wasn't just me!
As I've just moved here I was hoping to join & that this would become my local spa and gym. No thanks. I'll take my joint membership elsewhere.
