点评：Unfortunately, my recent visit to the spa was disappointing. The overall environment felt tired and in need of attention. The shower in the treatment room was dirty and had visible mould, which was off-putting and unhygienic.
The towels provided were extremely rough and uncomfortable, making it unpleasant to rest my face or body on them during the treatment. There was no inquiry into my preferences regarding massage intensity, and despite noting my back problems on the intake form, this was never discussed. The treatment felt like a standard routine, lacking any personalisation or care.
Additionally, the room ambience was poor—the music was too loud and played through low-quality speakers, which detracted from the experience. The room also had a damp smell, and there was no essential oil diffuser or similar element to create a calming atmosphere.
Overall, the session felt rushed and impersonal. Sadly, I will not be returning or recommending this spa based on this experience.
