点评：The place is fancy and big enough, however the experience makes the place and unfortunately we didn’t quite get one!!!
While queuing, we were approached by a staff member advertising bungalow beds which are at extra cost from the ticket price (300; 800 and 1200lei) in an are which was supposed to be kids free +16.
We agreed to take one of the beds for 300lei and we were advised to go with our receipt to the help desk.
There was no one at the help desk so we just went to the Bora Bora area, saw the beds shown to us on the photo while queuing, and as all of the beds were free, we made ourselves comfortable on one of them, ordered drinks at the bar then sunbathed there for about 2,5h when the same person which offered us the bed comes over and asks us to move to a different area on the exact same bed as the one we sat on was 800 lei and we paid 300 lei.
There was absolutely no reason for us to be moved elsewhere as the place was empty anyway, and the problem is not even that we had to move, is the level of customer service, being told that we had to approach the help desk and they would have shown us what bed to take.
As a visitor it is not our issue that there was no one at the helpdesk. You don’t sit waiting around for someone in 30 degrees heat, after you already sat in the queue for 20 mins and paid £130 just to enter the place and to seat on the bed.
On a positive note, a lady that was serving drinks at the bungalow area was very nice, recommended us drinks and actually made an effort to speak to us in English as everyone else seems to be speaking in Russian, funny enough.
