However really is place that is reliant on older kids 17 to 20 putting of a Bit show at each station. so really is dependant on those kids if they are interested like most things they start good early in the season by end of it well they are burnt out no interest . We go to all events so had really chance to see the issues.

However its not suitable for prams buggies or wheel chairs with steep in bankings obstucles and toilets require a person to take the child down to the start wait for some to come in to let you out and good walk away that no toddler or adult witg any disabity could make without messing themselves i saw several child doing such .

Personally ive never found the management great reluctant to take any form of truth regarding managers there is one female manager and co that can only be described as bullies ymwho go out of their way to make life difgicult for familes with special needs.

Emails are not responded to once booked no supporr is given in planning visit to support carers or disabled children. If you speak to a manager your told wish know about the needs when you mention you did email several times they claim they get alot email working though them famuly been book over 3 weeks prior .

In 2023 family i was with was told would be refunded for hallween because if managers abuse of me and her verbally attacking the mother a vetron when such stated the manager had no right to demand to speak with her about my attitude that my attitude was merely seek reasonable accomodations. the family were not reinburst that year for that event at christmas had to suffer the manager elaine walking past the car talking to another staff member about that mothet recirdeded it sent it in only to be told she had refund not true and got to go round free at the christmas already paid just time changed. Email tried to blame the mother in support of the manager who first years was that year and not as claimed as personally know elaine whwre she worked issues caused there with special needs kids .
nor was they refunded this 2024 when they overbooked the dated she shoukd been going rang claiming she was booked in for day she had cancelled 3 weeks earier for child to have surgery all done in email same manager distressed mother whos in hospital waiting on childs to recover from surgery .
This halloween same manager miss lead another to trying to claum to two autism suffers one wuth manster in law and behaviour psychology other autitic people came througg no issues showing sheer ignorance to such children their familes. who realiused had no issues with reasonable accomidations but no realsing whats invoved in the managing of or lukely read as iam leaftet that does more damage than good. You cant email them is not nice family run business built on customer satisfaction its a cash cow frankly with no email to contact for those wuth soecial needs or managment willing to deal with staff it has to be said theres better experiences.
Simply is closed to disabled or families with toddlers or kids with iq above 60.
