点评:If I could sum up our visit to this so-called premium lounge, it would be: we paid for comfort, but left feeling like intruders.
From the moment we approached the bar, there was this unmistakable sense that ordering a glass of wine was akin to asking for the staff’s personal stash. The stares, the lack of a simple “please” or “thank you,” and the air of inconvenience they projected made every drink request feel like an imposition. For a service we’d booked specifically to enjoy, it was nothing short of uncomfortable.
I also want to add this is the first negative review I have ever written - and suggest that the staff (especially the two blonde ladies) should have further customer service training and learn simple manners.
