From classy lounge to a cheap roadside deli

点评:I am frequently use this lounge during my travels. The once classy lounge turned into something cheap, unpleasant and highly dissappointing.
I have to start with the ridiculous drink machine. They used to have bottled water and regular drinks like Coca Cola, Sprite, freshly squeezed orange juice. Now there is this machine where your only option for water is ice cold from the same spout as the apple juice is coming from!!! My water has apple juice aftertaste! Way to serve people with diabetes or other medical conditions!!!!
Instead of Coca Cola or Pespi you can have Cola drink????!!!!! Instead of orange juice you can have Orange drink, with zero information what it was made of. This is outrageous!!!
The quality of food is matching the ridiculous drink machine. Multiple day old soggy vegetables in dried top hummus, cold food from the warmer etc. No informations about allergens and the staff is not able to tell about the ingredients either!
When you enter the lounge they take your cabin bag, you can't keep it next to yourself anymore. Then there is a Seating lady who does not speak Hungarian and she decides where you can seat.
You can forget about sitting by a table if you are travelling alone, you can only sit by the edge bar tables on high bar stools (I could barely get on even though I am 175cm!) the sun is blinding your eyes because the bar tables facing the windows and showing your back to the lounge.
If you want alcohol you need to pay for it. If you want a stupid cup noodles, you need to pay for it. This is everything but "Premium" service. Neither first class nor business class tickets are cheap, so not even providing bottled water, fresh food or Coca Cola/Pepsi is completely unacceptable!!!
I really don't know what happened with the management but they are ruining people's travel experience.
If you have the business class tickets access it is passable, but I do not recomment anyone to pay for this service as it would be a complete waste of money!

进入休息室后,他们会没收你的随身行李,你不能再把行李放在自己身边了。然后还有一位不会说匈牙利语的座位安排员,她会决定你的座位。
如果你独自旅行,就别指望能坐在餐桌旁了,你只能坐在吧台边的高脚凳上(我身高175厘米,都很难坐上去!)。由于吧台面向窗户,背对着休息室,阳光刺得眼睛睁不开。
想喝酒要付费。想吃方便面也要付费。这跟“高级”服务完全不沾边。头等舱和商务舱的机票都不便宜,连瓶装水、新鲜食物或可口可乐/百事可乐都不提供,这简直令人无法接受!!!
我真不知道管理层到底怎么了,他们正在毁掉人们的旅行体验。
如果你持有商务舱机票,那勉强还能接受,但我强烈建议大家不要花钱体验这项服务,因为这完全是浪费钱!
