点评：Mediocre for us I’m afraid.
Plus points:
Food was amazing, absolutely beautiful presentation and flavours
Very clean
Quiet and relaxing
Good treatment ( albeit short , see below )
Not so good:
Arrived 9.30, straight in for fruit platter/coffee and treatment at 10am, it all felt rushed.
No lockers in the initial changing rooms. The receptionist offered me to put my bag in the men’s changing room lockers!! or poolside. I said I’m not putting my bag poolside and it later became apparent there were more lockers poolside which was not explained. No tour so we didn’t know where to go, where to wait or where anything was.
The therapist who did my facial was good but it was only 20 minutes long ( 25 stated ). I did not receive a recommendation card for my skin and waited 15-20 minutes for my friend to finish her treatment, why? I got 20 minutes and she got 40. Consistency is key when guests are experiencing this together.
There is one sauna and one steam room and a pool, no jacuzzi. In my view that’s not a spa.
£125 is a lot for a few hours by the pool, a 20 minute treatment and a lunch/drink. Not good value and not for me a luxurious experience. Won’t be back sadly.
