H Spa at Horwood House Hotel的点评
点评：This is not a Spa. It's literally a swimming pool with a small sauna and steam room.
It started by being charged extra £100 more than I needed. I then had to chase several weeks before arriving for the refund to then be told we have to process refund when you come. When I did go the manager said as I paid online the refund will be processed that way which again everyone was telling me different things. I had to explain I didn't book online at which point she was arguing with me to say I did. Literally not believing what I was telling her. She was very rude rather than reassuring.
Spa experience was awful. Pool was cold it was just not worth what we paid. We had massages and even that felt like a chore and not relaxing at all.
As per the deal you get a 2 course meal with proseco. We were waiting over 20 mins before even starters arrived, and they only arrived as we asked how long. Baring in mind, it was 2pm already. No proseco was given.
It was just an awful experience all round. Sadly I won't be visiting it again.
