点评:Having not had the best experience at the spa on a visit in June. I sent an email afterwards to the venue giving feedback on our experience. We received a very email very quickly apologising for those things that did not go the way they should have and thanking us for contacting them to let them know our experience and the honesty in our feedback. They asked us for the opportunity to put things right and offered us a complimentary spa day that we attended today. Today has been perfect and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a great day. The breakfast fruit platter gave a fabulous start, all of the staff we came
Into contact with had excellent customer service and our treatments were spot on. Particular thanks to Caitlin for the professional way she responded to our complaint and thanks to Horwood House for putting things right for us. Today was 10 out of 10
