点评：Came today, unfortunately the spa receptionist wasnt the most welcoming, which put a whole dampener on it. I had to ask for a towel and robe of the lady who done my treatment, which was meant to be included in the spa break. The receptionist also told me I could get changed in the courtyard, which I wasn’t going to do this was with no robe or towel and I was in normal clothes. Then i was overcharged for a spa product, she said it was one price didnt include the £10 off and then charged me a different price. I had booked the spa as a reset from the kids lately I’ve lost a lot of confidence and booked my spa break as a reset. The treatments were lovely but , felt it was more for those well off and others got better treatment by the receptionists, who should have explained all etc when I arrived early wasn’t sure why I had to keep asking for things that was included in my package.

翻译：今天去了，可惜水疗中心的前台接待员态度不太热情，让我很扫兴。我本来应该在水疗套餐里包含毛巾和浴袍的，结果还得向给我做护理的女士要。前台还说我可以去庭院换衣服，但我当时没浴袍也没毛巾，而且穿着便服，根本不可能。更糟糕的是，她还多收了我一笔水疗产品的费用，她说那是一个价格，不包括10英镑的折扣，结果却收了我另一个价格。我预订水疗是为了放松一下，最近因为照顾孩子，我感觉很没自信，所以才预订了这次水疗之旅。护理项目本身很不错，但感觉这里更适合有钱人，其他人得到的接待员服务都比我好。前台应该在我提前到达的时候就解释清楚所有的事情，我不明白为什么我还要一直问那些明明包含在套餐里的东西。
