Tired facilities with fantastic staff

点评：We used a Virgin Experience voucher for this booking, which was a spa day with two treatments and lunch.
We had stayed the night in the hotel so upon arrival downstairs were not that surprised to find the facilities really tired and old.
The receptionist was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, she showed us the menu to order our lunch and we decided nothing was appealing in the slightest- she offered to get us a menu from the bar but as our breakfast was so terrible we were wary to eat anywhere in the venue again.
The changing rooms left a lot to be desired. One changing stall had a chair in it and as you can see in the photos, rot and mould. The showers resembled those in a school, not a luxury day spa, and the swimsuit drying machine had obviously been removed recently but no making good had happened.
