Best museum for all ages!
The Strong National Museum of Play的点评
点评：We visited the museum with our 8 & 10 year old children in July. I initially worried that they were aging out of these experiences, but not in Rochester. We were there from 10-5, and could have stayed so much longer!
There is something for all age of kids here. Our kids loved the ropes course, mini golf, grocery store, and especially the avatar video game section on the 2nd floor the most. As a mom who loathes video games, even I was impressed by this area! We could’ve spent a half day in that section alone!
After opening and closing the museum, there were still multiple areas we didn’t even touch-you could easily spend 2+ days here!
Everything was clean and kept up-museum workers have a presence throughout the facility. My only complaints would be that it was cold inside-we were dressed for summer and my husband and I froze! We also brought our own lunch, but purchased drinks-food and drinks are quite expensive. Nothing that took away from our experience, but something to note.
We are from the Midwest, and this visit was part of a northeast tour vacation for us. Our kids are devastated that we most likely won’t be in the area again! If you’re anywhere near here, you have to stop!
