点评:Upon some friends gifting us a couple of half-day spa vouchers as a wedding present in July 2022 we were excited to attend the spa as we've been a couple of times previously and had a relaxing experience. We booked in via email at the end April 2023 for a visit to the spa in June 2023. On 6th June we dug out our vouchers to take with us and noticed that they're (surprisingly) only valid for six months. I immediately called Ezina to explain the situation and unfortunately they'd actually failed to book us in on 10th June (despite the email confirmation). I was hoping we'd then be able to use the expired vouchers (under a year old at this point) due to the mishap on their part. Ezina told us that we could utilise one of the expired vouchers, which I accepted as my pregnant wife was looking forward to her pregnancy massage, and I didn't want any conflict. Unfortunately however, Ezina wanted to charge me the new price for the half-day spa rather than the price at the time when we made the booking, which was considerably more expensive. At this point I was unwilling to pay the additional as our friends had already spent their hard earned money on the vouchers (c£150.00) and we were then expected to pay a further £120.00, totalling £270.00 for a half spa day. Spa's are meant to be a relaxing experience (the first few words on Ezina's actual website are "relax and unwind") but by this point there was no relaxing in site. Now with a 8 and a half month pregnant wife and no pregnancy massage in site, with no time to book a new one in with any other spa we have been left very disappointed. A wedding gift from a friend wasted and their hard earned money lost.
If you are planning on using the spa, whilst we've previously had good experiences whilst there, I would certainly avoid purchasing any gift vouchers (six months is extremely short) and unfortunately the customer service has left a lot to be desired.
Overall, a very poor experience with a distinct lack of customer service. Turns out the customer is not always right!
