点评:I am a full time traveller & do many pub, breweries around the World. Here’s my thoughts on this one.
On the positive side:
The beers are very good for sure and the staff are pretty friendly. The venue is pretty well set up with a nice dining open brewery experience. Also, there is a nice function room attached to the pub/restaurant. The food menu is also extensive. I didn’t eat there, so I can’t comment on the food.
On the Negative side:
The toilets are outside and it is bloody cold in Winter. The fire is left to die in the mid afternoon during the week when the place closes at 16:00 (very early for a brew pub / brewery. The worst part was the 16:00 kick-out. I was there on Tuesday 16th July and I wanted to order another beer at 15:54 that I could but I had to finish my Schooner (Adelaide Pint) by 16:00, as that when they shut. My normal brewery experiences are that they shut at 17:00-17:30 & you have a 15-30min drink up time depending on the establishment. A massive fail at this place!!
Overall…A good experience that could be better with better management techniques.
