点评：Essential information about Death Valley:
1. It is open around the clock, 24/7.
2. You will completely lose cell phone signal; it’s advisable to stop by the visitor center to obtain a map. The maps are available outside at all times.
3. Visiting during the summer months is not recommended; our car felt like it could overheat at any moment, even with the air conditioning on, we were still sweating in the vehicle.
4. Park rangers are typically not present, so if you experience a breakdown, you should create a large "X" on the road for aerial assistance to locate you. In some areas, this is difficult to manage, which could lead to a long wait for help.
5. Bring a cooler filled with bottled water.
6. Bathrooms smell terrible
7 . Stop at the Inns through out the park to eat/drink or escape heat .
8. IF YOU SEE ANYONE BROKEN DOWN on road LEND A HAND. We stopped and helped a couple sitting in the car with no water and a flat tire. They had no clue help may of ever come . Could of saved a few lives from that 123 degree day. It’s no joke!!
