The best wine tour that we’ve done in Northern Italy so far!

点评：The most beautifully modern building carefully designed to blend into the hillside.
Making the most of the amazing vista, what projects out of the hillside, is glass fronted with a wonderful balcony to fully appreciate the rolling countryside.
The tour itself was educational and informative with history of the area and the vines along with the progressive plans for the winery.
The wine itself was stunning 🤩
From the elegant Pandemonio blush spumante which was offered to refresh us on our arrival, through the fresh Mè Frel white with a delicate floral nose, the punchy Barbera, an absolute classic and the Nebbiolo with its full flavour of dark berries. All were top notch & a real treat!
The accompanying cut meats and cheeses were also a treat with a cheese with its rind washed in the grape skins and a jelly made from the grapes.
A fantastic experience & even tho we were travelling onwards, we did manage to tack a few bottles into our luggage, which did make it back to the UK safely!!!

配菜的切块肉类和奶酪也同样美味，奶酪的外皮浸泡在葡萄皮中，还有用葡萄制成的果冻。
这是一次绝妙的体验，虽然我们还要继续旅行，但我们还是设法把几瓶葡萄酒塞进了行李箱，最终安全地回到了英国！！！
