From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the warmest and most genuine smiles. There was such a kindness in the way the staff greeted us — it instantly made us feel relaxed and at ease.
We were only there for 4 days and 3 nights, yet we found ourselves going back to Kapha Spa every single day. That alone speaks volumes.
A special thank you to Erika, Remi, Tri, Wisna and Ariasih. Each of you were so professional, yet so warm and caring at the same time. There was something so sincere about the way you looked after us. It never felt rushed or routine — it felt personal. Every treatment was done with heart.
If you’re staying at Wapa Di Ume Sidemen, please make time for Kapha Spa. Slow down, unwind, and allow yourself to be truly cared for.
The couple’s package is such a beautiful experience. Soaking in a wine bath or flower bath while overlooking the mountains and rice fields felt peaceful and intimate. I’ve tried them all and honestly, each one left me feeling completely relaxed and happy.
To the lovely ladies at Kapha Spa — thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. I miss your smiles already and truly hope to see you all again soon.
