点评：The quad biking experience at Kuber Bali Adventure was a mix of highs and lows. Unfortunately, the day started poorly with a 1-hour delay before the driver arrived at the hotel, which was frustrating. On arrival at the quad location, we were greeted with an indemnity form and informed of optional extras, including a personalized cameraman package for 750,000 rupiah. We opted for it for convenience, avoiding the hassle of carrying our phones, on top of the 2,400,000 rupiah cost for two people for a 1–1.5 hour ride which seemed much less than the stipulated period. A refundable 100,000 rupiah was also required for the locker facilities. The quad biking itself was incredible. The route offered unique and scenic spots for action shots, and the adventure of splashing through mud and water was thrilling. Be sure to bring an extra set of clothes and apply sunblock, as you’ll definitely get messy. The personalized cameraman seemed to have captured some amazing moments, making the ride enjoyable. However, there’s significant room for improvement. The company should provide safety glasses as part of the package or as an add-on, as mud and stones flying from other quads can hit your face. When we received the photo and video link later, we realized the 750,000 rupiah package wasn’t worth it. Many photos were distant shots where we weren’t clearly visible, and the video quality was disappointing. Instead, I recommend asking the guide to stop at scenic locations and taking photos and videos with your phone or theirs, offering a tip for their assistance. Overall, it was a fun and adventurous activity, but the initial delays, high additional costs, and lack of included safety features brought the experience down a big notch. A few improvements could make this a top-tier adventure experience.
