TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF YOU GET HURT - NO FIRST AID - NO CARE FROM MANAGEMENT

点评：We visited Kuber Bali Adventure on our recent holiday and unfortunately one of our group had an accident and rolled the quad bike in the first 10 minutes of the day and broke her arm bone in numerous places and had to have major surgery.
An accident and in no way were Kuber responsible.
My negative review is due to the treatment we have received post accident, they had no first aid protocols in place, the sling used to embolize her arm to get her back to the base area was the fanny pack of our guide (his name was Wimas and he was AMAZING), such a shame that the management and owner of the company do not have the same care and compassion as he showed
Requests for paperwork for our travel insurance have been met with disregard, a request for a refund of the 4 tickets that we paid for on the day has resulted in ignored messages and phone calls.
There has been no concern no replies to our messages, and blocked calls despite numerous attempts to try and get this sorted !
