Fabulous old museum
Heritage Centre Cumnock的点评
点评：This museum has been open for around 6 years but I only found out about it recently.
As I was close to the town I thought I would go, out of curiosity. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
The museum is not particularly easy to find, and they have put up many signs to direct you . It’s an old industrial estate, but when you arrive at the museum you soon forget that.
The museum is free of charge to enter, but you have the option to leave a voluntary donation when you leave.
We were greeted by one of the museum volunteers. She happily showed us all around the museum and explained a lot! The museum has cars, trucks, tractors, farm equipment, fire engines, old household artefacts, many things people will remember from their childhood. There is also a police museum!
In total, we spent an hour and a half walking around and the time went so fast.
This is a fabulous place to visit.
