Great beer and a great atmosphere.

点评：I’ve been going to Flack’s taproom with one of my sons and daughter in law for a few years now, and have always had a good time there. The staff are great and very friendly and for a tap room - which is part of the brewery and so effectively an industrial unit - it has a great vibe.
Now onto the beer! I’ve seen another review that says the beer is disgusting and I’m absolutely shocked by that!! The beer is great and one of the best - if not the best I’ve tasted is their Double Drop session ale. There are lots more beers to try (and they’ll give you a taster if you ask) from the Romsey Gold, to the Flacks 15 celebration ale, a dark Guinness type stout and even a pilsner, there are over 12 beers to choose from. I have a friend who travels down from Essex just for the Romsey Gold. I have recently met a new partner and she loves it there and every time she comes down from Lincolnshire she asks me if we can go to Flacks. There is usually a food vendor there as well and they are excellent and have very varied food - from Indian street food, to Greek, Turkish and American.
I’d just like to put the record straight, their beer is NOT disgusting, and while I understand it’s a personal taste thing, please don’t be put off by the other review and go and try for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
