The Spa at Formby Hall的点评
点评：Worst pool/sauna/steam area I have ever visited.
In the changing room I had to try 5 different lockers before I found one that worked. The wooden seats in the sauna are broken and have been for about a month. The steam room was out of order.
The pool was freezing cold. Changing rooms are dirty with rubbish everywhere. Showers dirty and mouldy and the toiletries aren't labelled so can't tell the shampoo, conditioner or shower gel apart.
Also when I walked into the female changing room there was a male cleaning attendant in there, and when I walked back into the changing room from the pool he was in there again! No sign on the door warning you.
The only positive thing about the place is the healthclub reception staff who are always friendly and professional.
This place is in desperate need of a refurb!
