Could have been alot more relaxing if the jacquizzi and heated bed worked and relaxing music wasn't tiny in dark room

点评：Booked spa and dine, no wonder it was so cheap as some of the items didn't work. Heated bed didn't work, jacquizzi out of order, there was a toddler running near it a serious accident waiting to happen needs to be completely blocked off so no toddlers could fall into it and cause serious injuries -jets in the pool didn't work, paint peeling on the wall, one of the side rooms didn't work by the pool, tiles need fixing round the pool another trip hazard. Beds round the pool need to be replaced, mattresses worn out and dirty. Heated bed upstairs didn't work. The food I had was lovely, partner had tomato soup said tasted like heinz soup smelt like it as well. The service we had initially from starter to main was really good and tailed off to being really poor waited way over 20 minutes to wait to order our sweet. The chairs part dark and part light all either need to be cleaned or rid of as can see where repeat of hands lifting themselves out of the chair. If we where to go again wouldn't go to the pool again. its a shame with the staff in the food/bar as they where lovely but staff need to keep check on their customers
