点评：Oo well ! The staff were llovely but clearly not trained to accommodate a spa day booking . We had to ask the itinerary details . No clocks anywhere . The sauna wasn’t working nor the steam room . Jacuzzi was being hogged by the same people . Pool was a bit cold . Actually the treatments were great but facilities need arranging so payed spa day quests get use for their money . We were put in the wrong restaurant and the poor waitress seemed vague about why we had booked . As I say the staff lovely but managers need to do their job and train them . Clean the spa it’s dirty around the edges . Clean around the pool . Mend the many broken locker doors . Mend the ladies upstairs shower , mend the steam room and sauna x get some clocks . Prepare a typed itinerary . Make sure payed spa day quests have a chance to use all advertised facilities , and then little be worth it to book .
