点评：In December 2024, I visited Dominica with my partner. It is a still wild place where it is still possible to find solitude and peace in nature.
With those opportunities comes the need for a guide in many locations. Chadi was our guide to Victoria Falls. He was amazing in every way.
Even before the trip, he was generous with his time and joyously shared his knowledge and was always mindful of our safety.
In Dominica one needs to be mindful of flash floods. Chadi advised that we reschedule our hike to Victoria Falls because it had been raining the day before and would not have been safe. I can’t say how much I appreciated his exercise of good judgment on our behalf.
We went the next day and he skillfully guided us to the most magnificent waterfall that I have ever and will likely ever see. He helped us cross the river several times and climb boulders. At every step he was aware and placed himself between us and danger.
I am grateful for him and could not recommend a guide more highly.
